So the Cronut arrives in London in the form of the Dosant but its not all bad.
The Cronut is a massive craze in New York right now and has become internationally known, we started to play around with it at duck and waffle, giving it to friends and family who were coming to the restaurant for fun and it started getting a lot of attention.
It was in high demand, people were just curious and wanted to try it, we were very reluctant to put it on the menu and didn’t want to just copy the original so we came up with the Duck & Waffle Dosant.
This isn’t for us to gain anything out of its simply an homage to the original and to give Londoners a chance to try the croissant/doughnut hybrid them selves.
